Arlie Perez is a dedicated and bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong passion for supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges through evidence-based, compassionate care. Originally from Honduras, Arlie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Catholic University in La Ceiba, where she developed a strong foundation in problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Her professional journey in the United States began in the behavioral health field, where she gained extensive hands-on experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Inspired to deepen her impact, Arlie completed her Master’s degree in Professional Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology, equipping her with the clinical and ethical expertise necessary to lead in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2021, she became a certified BCBA.

At the end of December 2022, Arlie founded Embracing Challenges Services, an ABA therapy agency driven by her vision to provide high-quality, individualized support to children and families across South Florida. Under her leadership, the agency continues to grow as a trusted provider, committed to promoting meaningful progress and positive outcomes through culturally responsive and data-driven ABA services.
