
Jose Ochoteco is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of multidisciplinary experience spanning psychology, education, and applied behavior analysis across the United States and Europe. Originally trained as a psychologist in Spain, Jose has built a career rooted in promoting meaningful behavioral change and improving the quality of life for individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges.
Jose holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Seville and brings a unique international perspective to his clinical practice. Since transitioning into ABA, he has worked in a variety of roles including RBT, Clinical Supervisor, and BCBA, gaining hands-on experience in functional behavior assessments, parent training, and clinical supervision across diverse settings. He is bilingual in English and Spanish, making him an effective communicator and advocate for multicultural families.
At the end of December 2022, Jose founded Embracing Challenges Services with the vision of creating an ABA therapy agency that prioritizes compassion, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based intervention. Under his leadership, the organization has quickly become a trusted provider throughout South Florida, empowering families and supporting individuals to reach their fullest potential.
